Hi All,

Unfortunately due to water quality issues following rain, Cardiff Harbour Authority have stopped access to the River Ely our launch site for the race.

With the distinct possibility of access being denied on the morning of the race if it rains prior, it is with regret, until we can confirm a more reliable access point, Cardiff Bay Paddlers have postponed their Race until further notice.We apologise for any convenience this hill cause, but feel it is better to do so now than have to do so on the morning of the race when everyone has travelled.

We are working on alternative access and venues, and hope to put the race on in the spring. Please can you circulate this email.
